Let’s start with a very simple definition of a disciple:

A disciple is an apprentice of Lord Jesus Christ

Here is a sample of questions you can ask yourself
>> What is the name of your mentor (s)?

>>  What is the name of your mentee (s)?

>>  With how many people have you had a direct hands-on involvement
with their salvation in the last 1-2 years?
Keeping in mind only the Lord saves anyone.

>>  Do you read your Bible every day?

>>  Do spend time in prayer every day?

>>  Do you have quiet time every day and personal time alone with God (retreat) for a block of time quarterly – annually?

>>  What is the name of your prayer partner?

>>  Are you involved in a small study-fellowship on a regular basis
(at least twice a month)
in addition to your church involvement?

>>  Can you give your personal testimony in 30 seconds, 5 minutes or 15-30 minutes, as the situation presents itself to you?

>>  How do you see John 15:5 applying itself in your life?
I recently accepted Jesus into my heart.  I now have God in the driver’s seat of my life.  I am forgiven of my sins and have peace with strength moving forward.
